Outline
Memorandum of Understanding means the documentation in which a overseas university or institute and Konkuk University Glocal Campus define basic policies and mothods of cooperation on exchange of faculties, students, researchers, academic materials and etc. for promoting bilateral interests in the activities of education, research and any other academic works.

※ Mostly President for Konkuk University Glocal Campus signs in on the document of MOU together with President of the partner university, but if both parties agree, deans or heads of research institutes are able to sign in on the document after obtaining the authorities from their presidents.
